With over 12 years of experience in the security management field, Karim has proven expertise in government contract security, special events and executive protection. Fluent in French and Arabic, Mr. El Botmi holds a degree in Experimental Sciences and currently serves as Elite Protection Services Chief Of Operations.

Mr. Bender comes from a very diverse experience in the Protective Services field. With over 15 years experience in law enforcement and government security, he possess a Masters degree in Security Management, is Board Certified as a Protection Professional, hold numerous instructor certifications and is a graduate of the prestigious Oatman School for Executive Protection.  Mr. Bender is a Co-Owner and Protective Services Manager

A former Federal Investigator, Tracy joined Elite after  single handedly turning a local Criminal Justice college program into an award winning success with some of the highest graded graduates in the history of the school. Mr. Mendonsa serves the company as our Client Development Specialist/Transportation Security Consultant
